Ribat International Whistleblowing Policy

Ribat International is committed to the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and accountability. This Whistleblowing Policy provides a mechanism for employees, contractors, clients, or partners to raise concerns about misconduct safely and confidentially.

What Can Be Reported?

Concerns may include, but are not limited to:

• Breaches of laws, regulations, or company policies.

• Bribery, corruption, or fraud.

• Human rights violations, harassment, or exploitation.

• Health, safety, or environmental risks.

Protection of Whistleblowers

We do not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith. All reports will be treated confidentially and investigated appropriately.

How to Report

Whistleblowing concerns should be submitted in writing to enquiries@ribat-international.com with “Whistleblowing Report” in the subject line. Reports may be made anonymously if preferred.
